Anothr Rose.

This one is a bit different. This is pen and ink with watercolor. The size is 5"x7" on 300# paper. I look forward to your C&C.
Regards.
Greg.

Re: Anothr Rose.

Love it. Is it waterproof ink or did you add the ink afterwards?

Re: Anothr Rose.

Thank you, Petra and Christel. The inking was done first with Uni PIn Fine line pens. The ink is water and fade proof. The paper is 300# Cold Pressed. After looking at it for awhile I think Hot Presses would have been a better choice.
Regards,
Greg.

Re: Anothr Rose.

I like the composition and that delicate pink is so good.

Lovely!

I do like hotpress much better with inks, it's so much smoother. I do think this looks good on coldpress though.

Re: Anothr Rose.

For me, hot press is easier on the pen and ultimately on the wrist. Love your white rose series!

Re: Anothr Rose.

Nice piece. I especially like the stem being off-centred in this. It grabs my attention.
