Interesting! So you cropped it for better composition. I still need to learn a bit about Balance, as it's something I want to write about in the future~

Monia, forgive me but I don't know what Anime is - animal drawings? I think we would all like to see some, or at least a link to where you share them.

In my opinion, composition is the first consideration of imaging, regardless of media. The second consideration is content and a good picture has both.

Anime is the Japanese style of cartoon. It's much more elabortate than the average cartoon. My forum avatar is Anime for one (I didn't draw it).

You can see some of my own art in my Deviant Art:- https://www.deviantart.com/SweetMonia

I mostly agree with that. I plan on using composition to make my own artworks more interesting & appealring.

Re: Birds and Bugs

Thanks Monia for clueing me up, your Anime are cute, painstakingly drawn, I am impressed.

Peter, thanks for your comment.
Can you shed any light on what the insect might be?

I'd reckon you were probably correct with mosquito. It is certainly Diptera, which basically consists of flies mosquitoes and midges but there are so many species one would probably need to buy this book.

You're welcome! I am so glad you think so. I am trying to become better at coloring, as people like that more ^^
