WDE 9/16/19 - Cow Reflection....sort of!

I thoughts I’d be clever and remove all the other cows and just focus on the cow with the reflection in the water.
GREAT idea. Poor execution....
7.5” x 11.25” arches watercolor
Just over 2 hours.

A handsome if rather forlorn beast. The choice of a single cow works as a picture.

She looks quite pleased looking at her own reflection. Nice work Valri.

Good idea! She has a tentative expression as she gazes at herself.
I tried to sketch some cows on location last week, and they promptly turned as one and showed me their behinds. A couple event went a step further to express their disdain!

Very nicely painted Valri. I like your reflections too.

Wendy, I enjoyed your comments. I have had the same problem with the deer that like to come and eat all our shrubs!
