I agree with Bill! Monet was the very first thought that popped into my head when I saw this.

Well done! I love how most all of the colors are somewhat muted except the blue and lavender highlights. It creates distinct focal points in what could have been a muddled piece if not handled so masterfully as you have done.

Thank you — I really don’t remember .. but this was a pond - not a river or stream .. it was in the backyard of my sons friend !
