Here is the form that we’ll use for the month of May. “Staying on the Straight and Narrow”

For those who are seeing this for the first time:

I decorate a monthly form for an after-school math group. This group is similar to mathletes, and we have elementary, middle school, and high school students participating. I try to make the form pleasing and/or humorous to the group. I don’t know how successful I am. Adults and students in the group say nothing about the form, so that probably means my art skills need much practice. That’s why I am posting in this critique forum. Constructive critiques and questions are welcome. I use GIMP.

Note that the reason why there is little color is that many copies of this form are printed on a laser printer. I have to conserve toner, since toner is expensive. Also, any color gradients that I attempt to do has a high risk of showing up as banding on the printout. I don’t include the form itself since it’s confidential.

If it’s okay with the group, I will post one form for each month (as I make them).
