3.5×3.5 watercolor of a pair of donkeys in the Florida pasture, a miniature done today that took about 1 hour. Paper is Canson 140 lb cold press.

Lovely soft treatment of the gentle beasts. The rich colour shows the benefit of using good quality paper.

I liked this ref, especially how they are standing exactly the same, except for the ears. I like how have brought them forward. I love the bright greens you’ve used.

I’ve resized them to 350 pixels as more how small they are @ 3.5×3.5 inches
so maybe will read better :thumbsup:
