In Lancashire we call a sandwich with Jam, a jambutty
often we say I could murder a cream cone or murder a jambutty .the other day I was doing a video for tube and not thinking I said .I could murder a cup of tea, ,I thought thats it I .ll have to scrap this one and do another (that word beginning with M ) can't use ,,even the lad next door with his iPod blaring ,No,oh. my..My friend playing a tune while painting one for tube ,now he knows ,,,hee hee

Hello Alansam, I have been unfortunate over the past week, I have had an injury to my achillies heel and told I shall be in plaster for the next 7 weeks.

So I have decided to come into your thread, sketch of the day, and follow your example for the next 7 weeks and if you don't mind I shall do a watercolour painting using your wonderful postings posted by you over the past years.

with this one Im trying to use clean bright colours the colours are the same ones used by Edward Wesson according to Ron Ransons book ,,, on Edward Wesson

Thank you so much for you comments .Bill and all who look in,
yes it was a change using the winsor yellow deep as my only yellow ..it is vicious Hee hee ,((( his colours are said to be winsor yellow deep, raw sienna ,winsor blue red shade ,,cobalt , ultramarine.burnt umber,,light red .,,burnt sienna )) I am quoting from Ron Ranson.
mind you being mostly earth colours ,, it,s a cheaper range
