thank you! not really no, honestly all i've really done is take a few art classes and practice a lot since i was about 10. I've never really had a job to do with drawing, I just do the odd freelance work for people
no problem, i'll keep posting as i go along! yep, layers are good to use!

Still slowly working on the double portrait, but since it's the olympics and I'm completely obsessed with the gymnastics I've been working on this one of Gaby Douglas as well.
I work on too many things at once, my photoshop is seriously all over the place

and i finished the double portrait, the hair was a pain with the colouring, sooo many colours!

The hair was well worth the effort! Maybe it's just me, but I would like to see smoother blending between the light and dark areas on the guy's face.
