Bighorn sheep

During a visit to Zion National Park I saw a group of bighorn sheep. Here is my painting done on 140 pound press paper.

Re: Bighorn sheep

Larry, how nice this painting is! I love the looseness in your line work, especially in the bushes. I think what I like best is how these bighorn sheep are just going about their business, wandering and grazing as herd animals tend to do. The painting feels natural and effortless. Well done!

Love your scene with the bighorns. I bet you were delighted to see them.

Re: Bighorn sheep

I like this. Full of life but calming at the same time.
