Need some references

Hi all,

I am new here. I need a few good references (books, CD/DVDs) on "drawing the human body and gestures", also some references on "oil painting" on which I have no experience. Most of my works are modern drawing with Conte. I have no academic background on painting/drawing, but want to learn them more systematically.
