Chroma #180 white acrylic?

Hi,

I've been wanting to try Chroma's "white #180" acrylic paint. I'm told it's the most opague white money can buy. Unfortunately, I can't find it for sale anywhere, locally or online.

I placed an order on what appeared to be the manufacturer's site at Chromacolour.com but never hard back from them, other than an automated "Thank-You-for-Your-Order" e-mail (They did NOT charge my credit card).

E-mails to info@chromacolour.com (or anything@chromacolour.com, for that matter) bounce back promptly ("user not found"), and nobody answers the phone numbers listed on the site.

Is this company still in business? This is very confusing.

Thanks!

Hails from United States
Re: Chroma #180 white acrylic?

Hi Bob,

We are Chrome, an Australian and US manufacturer of fine art, educational and decorative paints. I believe Chromacolour is (or was) a Canadian based company that did a lot with animation and gels. We've never been associated with them, but it sounds like they may out of business. Maybe you can find out more doing a google search. I'm glad your card wasn't charged!

If you send me a private message with your address, I'd be happy to send you a sample of our Atelier Interactive Titanium White - it is a wonderful opaque white!
