Hi Doug,

Yes I have emailed them several times from their website...nothing. Back in Feb, I had an email from Jamie saying he would look into my missing CDs and my subscription...nothing.....

I have a few overseas subscriptions and they all arrived after a month following my payment. But not this one. Very frustrating indeed.
