"wherever the sole of your foor" xpost D&S

"wherever the sole of your foot"
After a long hiatus I post again. This is from a reference photo taken when the youth of our church (and me) went on a journey to an European youth meeting. The photo was taken with a scripture from Joshua 1:3 in mind: " Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, I have given unto you"

graphite pencils, 2h, hb, b 6b on local brand drawing paper, 45 x 32 cm (18 x 13 inch)

C&C welcome!

This is a wonderful composition and carries the message of unanimity in action and mind. I like all details on the shoes. Masterful work!

Ratermon and Anna, thanks for commenting. As our parish is very international (we have 20+ nationalities) the concept of unity in diversity was important and I am glad it came across. Just last week this drawing sold at a fund raising dinner for 75 Euro.

Shalom,

Hans
