You've captured the sense of iridescence neatly! And it's great that you have not fallen into the trap of most orchid photographers, who for some reason avoid anything but diffused frontal lighting... and thus fail to convey the incredible depth and modeling of these blooms. You've given us a real sense of the dimensional quality of these blooms.
