A .gif animation of a small Alla Prima study

Seeing this morning's light in chilly northern Wisconsin, I went out to our backyard...and knew by day's end I would do a small oil study. Using Thunderbolt 80# cardstock...and while I did not count brushstrokes, there was a definite conscious awareness of each stroke being necessary. Was a lot of fun...
