After January’s great Loomis head-structure exercises, I thought it might be a good — and fun! — idea to concentrate on the baby head this month. Also, since it is February and Valentine’s Day happens on the 14th, I’m throwing in some cupids, as well as some Old Masters’ takes on babies.
At the end — for those who want some non-baby refs — I’m including some non-baby refs of a lovely red-haired woman named Nicole who recently posed for our local Portraiture workshop.
So, my babies are my own son and daughter when they were babes, so please excuse the quality of some. I’ve got a range from newborn up to around I year, with as many different angles as I could find.
Here goes…..
Newborn: 9 hours old (my daughter)

Thankyou for letting me draw your beautiful Daughter …Im sure I didnt do her justice, but she sure is a sweetie ….:D
