Permalba Discontinued?

Hey guys. Iíve noticed a lot of the Permalba Oil colors are being discontinued. And weíre talking pretty standard colors like Burnt umber. Is Blick phasing out Permalba?

Re: Permalba Discontinued?

I took a second look at the Dick Blick website.. looks like all Permalba oils except white and black are being discontinued. Was that Dick Blickís decision, or Weberís?

Re: Permalba Discontinued?

Thank you for your question! The Weber company went through a recent change of distributorship, and under the new arrangement, Permalba are being discontinued at the manufacturing level with the exception of Black and White. We will not be able to continue offering the colors once we sell through our stock, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
