As this summer still lifes were done today, just realized we entered fall… Good, right on time Didn’t have a chance to work too much on them because of the World Cup (oh yeah baby – finals!) but it’s ok.
First one, there were some lady apples (they are tiny), plums and Spanish lime (not grapes!) available – just to make sure because it seems odd, proportion wise and yes, I know, grapes are transparent :-). Okey dokey, that’s out of the way…
Second one, didn’t bother to blend too much… mostly applying some paint and then spreading it or softening it. Started it (lay in color) before World Cup sometime in May or first week of June and the rest was pretty much invented last few days.Nothing crazy.
Well, hope you’ve had great summer and talk to you soon.
All the best. Oh, the photos are hideous, but what can you do, idea is there Have a good one!

Or do you start with an object itself as the inspiration and then go from there? Especially love the eye pattern formed by the first.
