This is my first gouache piece. My daughter gave me a set of Reeves for Christmas two years ago and I didn’t get around to trying them out until now.

I’d done the background in watercolor and white gouache and promptly forgot about it for a few weeks. When I saw it on the table I couldn’t remember what it was that I was going to paint so this is what I ended up doing.
