Clematis (xpost In Colored Pencil)

Here are my neighbors clematis. They are so pretty!
They have flowers everywhere, puts my yard to shame. This drawing took forever to do. it measures 12"x14" and was done with colored pencil on Stonehenge paper.

Joan, wow, how lovely are these clematis. Have you shown this to your neighbors?

Gorgeous work, and I so acknowledge and appreciate the time it has taken for you to produce these beautiful Clematis .

This is a lovely profusion of flowers! It's very similar to the one we have, except ours ignored its trellis and just went all bushy instead. I like the way you've included the trellis and those flowers are a joy.

Well worth all the effort Joan - it's a beautiful drawing! The trellis gives the work a lovely framework too!

Excellent work! I've been looking at an out-of-control similar plant on the corner of our garage...same colour but so much work to do a piece like yours...maybe I'll take a close look tomorrow and give it a go.....I'm looking for something along this line which I pass by every year.

This is gorgeous! Such a lot of work in this drawing but it's well worth all that effort to get this great result!
