        This is a recent completion. I proportioned and designed the table on my own but I can’t claim too much originality since this is a classic Queen Ann design.

        Cherry. 16 x 25 top and 18 inches high. The legs were carved by hand using files and a spokeshave. Linseed oil finish.

        The picture of a leg is what it looks like after cutting out the blank on the band saw prior to hand shaping.

            I wish I were able to work wood – looks really nice. After having a leg amputated earlier last year I am confined to my house and unable to get into my workshop.
