Moonlight - Xpost Oil Painting

I had posted this in the Moon & Night thread but not only did it not get viewed, the colours on the original uploaded picture were not as the painting!

I've worked on it a bit with some software and, on my monitor at least, it now looks very similar.

20x16 ins. Oil on canvas board.

Hi Micoli, glad you started your own thread for us to discuss the painting. I think the atmosphere you created is beautiful, the purple and orange cliffs look so nice together.

I too, really like the complement of the purple in the water with the deep orange of the cliffs. Very nice!
