Wetcanvas Guide Flycatcher10 found she couldn’t stay logged on or access many site facilities. It turned out to be a recent Firefox update. I recommended her to clear her temporary files, log off and log back on and make sure the “Remember me” box was checked so a wetcanvas cookie would be saved.
There was a problem with Fire Fox latest update and it has wetcanvas marked as “Connection Not Secure.” As a result I needed to Allow and not block WC. There is an issue with not being able to choose Allow on their menu – long story short I kept trying, logged off/turned my computer off and guess what? I am finally able to access the reference library and open the images.
