Wow! Tanja, you have really done beautiful paintings this week! The two new ones are great. The young girl is perfectly beautiful. I think the wonderful colors help portray her joy in seeing the flowers. The crocus scene is so well done! Such lovely flowers, such bright, bursts of color! (Perhaps you are thinking a little bit of the challenge after all

Thank you all for the encouraging comments - and for the beautiful images. I have another one: the crashing waves. Sorry for the splattering - my first attempt,

Wc on paper, 15*30cm, 1 hour
In order to make me look and not get carried away with what I think is there, I rotated the ref image by 180 degrees snd started painting. Towards the end I turned It back to normal and applied some touch-ups, the splatter(??) and added the persons. Just wanted to share this with you.
