Like the composition, colours/pallet, crisp feel to brushwork, moving water - very peaceful and reflective.

You picked a very good subject to paint. I like how you have this majestic cliff hanging over the beach like that. Scenes like these always make for great paintings. I like your style, with getting all the detail down, and making sure you did everything accurately. That building on top looks amazing, complementing the natural landscape with that architecture. One thing I would do more of is add some more contrast with the shadows on the cliff, so that you have some darker shadows on the bottom transitioning to the ones you already have now, to add some more depth, because right now I think the cliff looks slightly flat. Otherwise this is a great painting!

Thanks for the kind words Andre. I have struggled with cliff walls for a while now and will certainly take your suggestion to add some more subtle darks. This was fun and frustrating to paint at the same time....
