9 Portraits of film stars

Put the 9 i've done so far on one page, including the new one of Eithne as Sigourney Weaver.

Also I've done a quick tutorial page on how I've painted these for anyone who may be interested.

Re: 9 Potraits of film stars

Wow, very expressive portraits! Lovely. They remind me of an artist I saw on BBC's "star portraits". Coincidence?

Sab, if you mean Andrew James of "Awesome David Dickinson Painting fame" I love you !

He's my favourite painter and yes you are right I started doing these after seeing Star Portraits !

Yes! The artist that painted Andrew, that's it. I couldn't remeber his name.

Well, I think you're doing great!

I loved your tutorial. First, I love seeing a palette that is messier than mine. And, second, I love the football boxers. And, third, I love your style. Painting style and sense of humor style, too. Sandra

Sandra, thanks for your comments Although i'm not sure this is the place to bring up my underwear.

Those boxers died a few weeks ago, I have moved onto Homer Simpsons now.
