finally got one done on time! :clear:

even though this is architecture, i tried to keep it loose. ink and watercolor on ATC size (2.5 x 3.5 inches) Arches 140lb hot press w/c paper. Drawing was about 2 hours… paint about 20 minutes.

and here is a little fun at Harry’s expense. Sorry Harry!

Ha! Love the cartoon! Spot on. I’d like to see your take on the sheriff…
Really like the Stamford rooftops. The pale local limestone of the houses along with their balanced Georgian lines gives the whole town a light airy feel. You have caught that beautifully with this subtle watercolour. Thanks for joining in.

Harry and the Sherrif are so much happy fun. The rooftops are really lovely with those soft, pastel colors. Bravo on all those roof angles! Well done.

The sheriff completes the picture perfectly! She is a robust and good humoured lady and your cartoon has captured that. And, of course the magnificent Hat of Office!

Oh I love these, I love these a lot!!! I like the crop of the buildings, puts us right there up and close. The Cartoons, well they are in a class of their own. LOVE IT. Have you ever considered being a Cartoonist in real life? you certainly have the knack for it.
