April 20, 2019 at 12:01 pm #816333Your composition is lovely, Christel! In my humble opinion it needs more variation of color in the reds as they are almost all the same value and hue. Make one have more orange in it, one more pink, one more maroon, etc., for example. Just suggestions. But that is what I notice upon seeing it for the first time.

Your shapes are good ….. I’m with Kay about the variation of reds – I too sometimes use a yellow glaze to lift the tone as white might make it too pink.:)Cheers, Maureen
