Pastel pencils + soft pastels + panpastels – FINISHED – Probably Lol.. It has taken a long time (well for me anyways) about 20-30 hours I would guess, and the Baby Elephant Pastel is finished. I really hope you like this one, it’s taken everything I have learnt over 20 years of painting and 1 year of pastels to do this one.
now the next marathon task – getting all the videos edited and ready for my patreon art channel to watch – it will be the most in-depth and longest video series I have ever done – by far
approx 24 x 16in, on pastelmat paper

Wow Jason, it’s incredible, the detail achieved is unbelievable (and I mean that in a good way). I didn’t know such realism was possible in pastels.
