Last night, I discovered that my tube of burnt umber had turned to a semi-firm slime. I expected there to be soft paint behind a plug of dried, but I squeezed out nearly the whole tube and it was all the same consistency. I have had this tube about a year at most. Is this common? I read a post from another user yesterday who had several dried tubes.
Please contact us at . We will need the batch code on the crimp of the tube – it is hard to make out but please email us what numbers you can, along with when and where you purchased the tube. Thanks!
Thanks, will do.
