        I have another question.

Can the Interactive mediums be used with the traditional formula acrylics?

I do understand that the ‘opening up’ of the paint layer WON’T happen but as I already have traditional acrylics I don’t want to have to buy 2 versions of the same mediums each time.

Am thinking to just buy Interactive mediums for use in both types of paint formulation. How would this affect the chemistry?

I noticed this forum has a lot of threads about interactives, maybe the complete answer is in one of those..

            maybe their website info..

But I think I read somewhere (or maybe I googled it) they can be used together, and as you guessed , they wouldn’t “open” when mixed with traditional…and maybe that was for the Golden Open paint..
            and not interactives…
