Oh how I wish I could draw hair like that Unique portrait.
Here’s how it was done.
I started with a black canvas, leaving the hair till last, then I roughed in the basic shape and form of his hair in grey. Then I blended in the darker areas in black.
Then with a small brush and some white and black paint, started to put in the details.
Finally I used a small soft brush to blend it all together, blending more and more the closer I get to the edges.
