OH STEVE!!! Fantastic!!! And really quite hysterical on the nesting organizational cluelessness!

My second batch of jam for the night is in the water bath. I went to the berry farm at lunch and lo and behold, they had some strawberries ... and some dayolds in decent shape for half off. I got a half flat of those and of raspberries and now have 10 jars of strawberry-raspberry jam which tastes very good. I use Pomonas pectin which is a faster set and with a lot less sugar so there is good fruit flavor (no cooked taste) and lower calories. Char, you probably use this kind too?

That's amazing Steve, what a great result! Glad you were able to knock their heads together.

Great news Steve.

Cooler today with a few drops of rain. Nowhere nearly enough. Betty
