Jo — Yummy snack tray! I love veggies anyway, but yours look especially tempting ✨ Thanks for hosting this week and inspiring us ☀️ 😄

EP — LOL re: your comment to Joan

Joan — Thanks for your kind words 😊 I can't think of any better way to learn about artists than your museum experiences 🎨

Another exotic trip soon! Have fun and come home safe, with lots of pics 👣 😃 📷

Appealing kitchen sketch — love the lines. Your bookshelf items capture my imagination with their lovely colors and shapes ☀️

Thanks, Pine Cone.
I sketched on the porch on my iPad with Art Rage and the Apple pencil using the pastel tool ... very quick for a digi that take forever.

Jo — Cool slippers, well done! You look so comfy 👣

I just looked at the schedule and realized we have an extra bonus day for this event! I'll try to get one more done if I can. Gotta finish something else first. Hoping for time.

#2 something you look through -- Bangmod canal, Thungkru district, Bangkok ... This is a scene in my neighborhood outskirt of Bangkok, still quite green and agriculture... but it is fading fast from hectic Bangkok

Pine Cone, thanks. I noticed there was an extra day, but didn't want to have to change the upcoming Hunts. :-)

Ai, thank you. Oh your quick sketch is so full of info. Love it.

Ai — Cool sketch! Energetic. Plus I feel like maybe I recognize the part on the left from a past sketch from a different angle? Anyway, super fun sketch

Jo — The sketch I was trying to get done for this event is turning out to be too difficult for me to get done on time, so I owe you one. I'll try to make it up to you next time you host

Thanks, Pine Cone.

We went to the neurologist today and she cleared Gene for 3months, his batteries are working well! Yay. I sketched out the window on a coaster with a Micron 03. Coasters are 3.5 x 3.5 inches

Number 8, backyard, sub back of clinic with folks exercising.

I am attaching two photos of Toby, who is freaking out right now because of the thunder. He is a medium sized dog...part schnauzer I think. My sister's family rescued him right before Christmas. She thinks he has grown as big as he will be, but i guess that depends on what else is in the mix. He has finally gotten used to me and has pretty much stopped jumping up and scratching my arm in excitement...now he usually sits quietly next to me on the couch. Will see if I can get a sketch done of him.

I love this lobster!

Number 5, two veggies - well, you get 4
Number 6, food you don't like - broccoli

Looks great. Nice perspective

EP, Thanks, this measuring cup has cups on one side and quarts and pints on the other. Weird. I have a Pyrex that has ounces on one side and mls on the other. Hmmm. My problem is I never really measure anything, like my sketching! Looks like you have a small fridge, is that at work or in your studio? Your choice for white made me smile.

Ai, I have never caught a fish or been fishing. We have the ponds but haven't tried.

I sketched on the porch in the big book with the Prismacolor 03
Number 4, outside chair - the chair where I sketch, usually

Your chair is well done. Nice lines and good perspective. I’m still wonky on my perspectives and really appreciate a well done one

Thanks, Lynda. I wasn’t going to sketch the stool and then it didn’t fit so well. Should plan ahead better. Ha.
