I like working from life, and have done a few flowers lately. Although very challenging as a subject, they are a fun break for their astonishing color and improve my observation/mixing/brushwork/drawing/etc.. Oil on panel 8×10
Once this sets, I will sharpen some edges and make adjustments, add a bit more baby’s breath behind, and post in this thread.
