Help Please!

Hi sorry to bother you all. I have got a commission of a cat to do and was given this reference

Could someone please help me and try and put some decent catchlights in the cats eyes so it does not look funky. I am really bad with photoshop. All help will be appreciated greatly!

Re: Help Please!

I am sure there are others out there better qualified than I, but I went in with psp and took the hightlights down to try and find the catchlights that are already there, but hidden in the dark. I then highlighted them a bit and this is what I got. I didn't mean to make the pupils look so roundy, I'm sure you can make them more cat like.

Re: Help Please!

Thanks ever so much Diana Lee!! You are a saviour. I looked on the internet for cats similar to this and saw that they have unusually rounded pupils, maybe it is just this breed, whatever that is. Thanks again, I really like what you did!

Re: Help Please!

Just a word of caution Ahmed, check the internet again quite exhaustively for different light conditions to make certain that the pupils stay round in good light. Diana has done a great job with the light but I'm concerned that in real life, if more light floods in, would the pupils close up a bit and get that 'cat' look to them? I'm only saying this because it's a commission and it'll need to be right
