Very nicely drawn and painted. His features are superb.
A little constructive critique. You seem to have the light coming from both sides of the face. At first I didn’t care much for the added blue in his face as it seemed distracting, but if his right side were a little more in shadow, I would like it very much.

Wonderfully done, Milna! FWIW, the lighting doesn’t bother me. My presumption was that there was a primary light source coming from the left and a secondary source from the right. However, your painting may be more powerful with only one.

I really appreciate how you succeeded in painting the glasses – those angles can be tricky.

Lovely portrait. I really like the touches of blue and purple — I think they add style and life to the painting.
