This is a trio of males with a female sitting in the sun with them as they preen and dry out. It’s a cross post from the Wildlife forum as a WIP.

Thank you Joan. They were posing! The hen had her back turned and the end drake was on the log preening, but they soon took notice of my wife and myself taking photos and not moving along with the rest of the traffic. They paid closer attention to us not moving with the rest of the passersby.
