Re: DIFFERENT STROKES January 2008

I am excited about seeing the completed works, and a bit nervous about mine; but that is normal for me. I feel stupid for asking, but with all the dif time zones and such...when is it actually the 20th? as far as posting anyway?
This is my first time, and I imagine it shows. This was definitely a challenge, and I enjoyed trying to get most of it in....it needs a few highlights, but otherwise I don't think I am going to do much more to it. Only about a week. huh?...lol

Re: DIFFERENT STROKES January 2008

My, you are an impatient lot

Susan - the 20th is by your own time zone - which means those downunder have the advantage

It's even been known for people to await the witching hour and then post

I've been playing around - so now I'm off to paint it! . applause please ;D

Oh boy! I've been so busy! I haven't worked on mine in a week. I've gotten it started though. I just hope I can get the painting done b/4 the 20th. Vicki

Re: DIFFERENT STROKES January 2008

It's been a challanging piece for me, for sure. I'm not done, but close. What I envisioned I would do with it and what has happened with it are pretty different. But that is pretty par for the course. Looking forward to seeing everyone's interpretation!
Happy Painting!
