Re: Paint Shop Pro 5 versus CorelDRAW 2
Arlene is right. Start drawing from life. The computer is just a tool to help you deal with problems that you may encounter. I use it to enlarge images that I am working on. When I am working I find that when I take a digital pic of my work I am more able to see my mistakes on the computer than in real life...sometimes.
As for what is better? Photoshop is a great program for drawing but not as good as Painter 8 by Corel. Corel Draw..whatever version...is more for piecing things together just as is Illustrator and not really handy for actually working freehand. Both Illustrator and Corel Draw are more geared for graphic design rather than spontaneous creativity.
I remember Corel Draw 2..hehehehe.
