Tried the challenge….that is, changed the colours a bit

This is oil on canvas paper….about 9 x 12 inches. Just over 2 hours

That’s really nice. I had the same reaction as Connie, a UFO. But a friendly, peaceful one. Definitely something quietly surreal about this.

Lovely work. At first I thought it was watercolour. It’s by no means an easy reference but you certainly had no problem with it. I agree with the comments that the colours are very well choosen and work a treat.
