        Oils on board size 12×15 inches.
        this is the first oil painting that i did in 1964,I would do somethings different if i was painting it now.With it being kept in the loft for most of that time it is still in very good condition.

                Thanks Jim,I only posted this to keep the marine forum going,I am working on a few proper marine paintings but they take time.
                I have noticed that you have not been posting many paintings of late and the forum appears to stagnate because of this.

                    I tried that as well , and on a couple of other forms too. Someone complained, and I was accused of ‘Flooding’, which I had never heard of. So now, except for the odd pic, I post all my Ships and Aircraft (about 98% of what I paint) on the Aviation Art and Transport Forum. As a matter of interest I am doing a ‘from my archives’ all on one post, which seems to be going down well. Hope this clarifies things
