I find the translucent green leaves and flowers that reveal the image from behind to be an interesting effect.

Is this symbolic or a tribute to someone or something?

Well, I like the effect. However, I think it would be more effective if your image was just on the wall and didn't overlap the flowers. This would be nice if it were used as a tribute or remembrance of someone that wasn't around any longer.
