Pastels and pastel pencils on white charcoal paper – 11″ x 8″

Saw a photo of a beautiful Daisy type flower and thought a painting of it would make a nice addition to my Greetins card collection. Does anyone know the mane of this type flower?

Gerbera Daisy comes to mind, Herm. You have captured a likeness quite nicely!

Love this Herm! Looks like a gerbera daisy variety to me.

Thanks Karen and Kay. I’ll change the painting name to Gerbera Daisy.

It is very lovely. I agree with the gerbera identification.

Very nice, soft transitions in the petals.

Love the drama of this daisy against the black – it demands attention!

                        Cheers, Maureen
