First landscape in acrylics

This is my first landscape done in acrylics. It's 16" by 20" on watercolor paper. My inspiration came from a photo in O Magazine.

Any C and C's are welcome.

Re: First landscape in acrylics

You did a great job with your first landscape painting. I like how the foreground textures softened and became smaller as it went toward the background, which gives it wonderful depth.

Re: First landscape in acrylics

Thank you all for your kind words. I used mostly my fingers for the sky. The paint blends better.

Re: First landscape in acrylics

Very nice! I wondered if any one but me used their fingers. I use them to blend a lot!

I use my finger to tap back or blend an edge.
