First Mural

This is my first mural . Did it in all acrylic! What do you guys think? The angel is off because the hallway was to narrow for a straight on shot. And the water droplets look much better in person. Any comments welcome

Looks pretty cool.

Can we close up bits like the water drops?

Re: First Mural

Good for you, the clouds look amazing? Have you posted this in the decorative arts forum. Some really awesome muralists there. I really love the brick too. How big is this and how long did it take? Is it in your home or was it a commission job?

I was thinking if you wanted your leaves to look a little more 3d put a wee shadow on the bricks. Helps to bring them out of the window some and since you have a shadow under the sill and the trim it would make sense that the leaves cast one as well right?

Fantastic work and never easy in a confined spot.

Re: First Mural

Great job!! Murals are pretty fun. I feel like a kid scribbling on the wall and getting paid for it.

Re: First Mural

Wonderful!
Painting on walls, yep I enjoy it now. Though I still feel that bottom wack I got when I did it as a child. Mother was not at all amused.
