Robin, nifty water fountain, I have none or can't even think of one nearby. Hmmm. I like your finds for the cool plant, steps, etc.

Terri, great bird feeder. Good perspective. Love the rich color.

Rainy, such yummy bananas. I'm smelling the banana bread. I need to make some!

Jeroen - eye is well done but like idea of glimpse of eyeglass.

Jo - nice sketch of Enid. I am with Rainy. Want a bigger peek inside. The cherries are delicious.

Rainy - love the spray bottle very realistic. Bananas look good enough to eat.

Joan - Cool sketches. Where was that?

Terri - Welcome. Nice sketches. I like the lamp. Nice work on bird feeder.

Munin - Come on in. Fun way to sketch with great group of people.

Scatty - Hey! Nice badge but glove is super.

Robin - nice group of sketches. Like that fountain.

Still working small about 2x3 inches. Watercolor and ink. Constructive criticism highly welcomed after you stop laughing.

Keep sketching
Joe

Joe, I think the eye is really wonderful. I can't critique or help with watercolor, but I love the shape and nuances of color.

Terri - what a nice birdfeeder sketch….those seeds are awesome! Magic seeds?

Rainy- way cool….purple background with yellow nanas

Jo- second the banana bread notion…….

Joe- way to go, you’re already pretty good with the watercolors!!!

took a cue from Jo and took a 3/5 sketch book on a morning walk……forgot about it until I rounded a hill and this scene unfolded. Walked on and the bridge was in fun to sketch in the last shady place before the sunny home stretch.

Joe, I like that eye... the softness and blending of the watercolors look very nice to me.

Azul, great outdoor sketches!

#3 sports equipment... chuck-it ball (okay, dog sports!)

Robin, nice walking sketches. Looks like you have more hills than me! Good eye and glasses. Intense....

RainySea, sports is sports! Nice shadow and texture.

Re: Scavenger Hunt #504-July15- 23, 2017

I walked and sketched in the small travel sketchbook with a Micron 01, I was gone about 50 minutes so did the first ones in 20 minutes and did the potted plant at home in a few minutes with the Microns for color. The red is a Splash brush pen.
Number 5, bridge - the first bridge on my walk
Number 6, skyline - no big buildings in my skyline (closed the book before the red dried!)
Number 7, potted plant - different than the usual geranium. Ha.

Robin - Nice sketches. Looks a little hilly. Florida is flat.

Rainy - sports is sports, but now you have to draw the dog 🐶

Jo - nice sketches. The splash of color is cool.

Thanks to all for encouraging words. They don't help improve the wc skills but do pump up the ego. 😂

Keep sketching
Joe

This is my interpretation of something you save which I read as something you collect. I collect a lot of Native American based items including wedding vases.

Done in watercolor and ink using one of those Pentel brush pens. Size is about 2x3 inches.

Keep sketching

Joe, well done. The pot looks great.

Thanks, I was just going to put the red, then remembered the colored pens.
