22″x18″ oil on canvas commission piece. Working from a poor photo with direct lighting. Would really appreciate all C&C on the skin tones, eyes, mouth, hair, anything really. Thanks all,

I would not be able to comment on the likeness of your subject without seeing the reference. You have captured a good expression.
What would enhance the whole portrait would be to improve the background. My opinion is that it is far too busy- it needs to be just a blended neutral- cool and dark.
