The gray barn looks correct for the looking down & distance aspect, but not sure on the perspective of the red barn..It seems to be a bit closer, but you would still be looking down on it..maybe it is the roofline that feels off to me. Or the tilt of the whole barn should be more like the gray barn.. just larger size.?
I agree on adding some pop & contrast..
and the line at base of far trees, the dark swoop line kind of grabs the eye...
might even consider a glaze or muting that far tree line with a blued gray green, just to push it back compared to the closer trees and grasses..
If the foreground is a grassy hill top those colors could be much bolder , think a sun lit top of hill, then the lower scene will automatically appear more distant.
