Hello folks: this is an Eastern Yellow Wagtail found in Northwest Canada and Alaska. It is called “eastern” because it is a subspecies of the Western yellow wagtail which inhabits parts of Asia and temperate Europe. A wagtail? She wags her tail feathers!
